Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of soft-versus hard-channel minimally invasive puncture drainages for patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage (HICH).Methods 76 patients with HICH treated at our hospital from March,2016 to February,2017 were randomly divided into an observation group (n=38) and a control group (n=38).The observation group were given hard-channel minimally invasive puncture drainage while control group soft-channel minimally invasive puncture drainage. The curative effect, hematoma clearance, complications, and activity of daily living (ADL) of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the effective rate and hematoma clearance rate of observation group were higher. The incidence of complications was higher in control group than in the observation group (P<0.05).Before surgery, there was no statistical difference in the ADL score between the two groups (P>0.05);after surgery, the ADL score was lower in the control group than in the observation group (P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with soft-channel minimally invasive puncture drainage,hard-channel minimally invasive puncture drainage can increase the hematoma clearance rate, promote the recovery of nerve function, and improve prognosis.关键词
