高危HPV感染与宫颈疾病患者上皮内瘤变之间的相关性分析

Abstract
Objective To study and analyze the correlation between high risk human papilloma virus (HPV) infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) in patients with cervical diseases.Methods 105 patients with CIN treated at our hospital from October,2014 to October,2016 were selected and were divided into a CIN Ⅰ group (n=60),a CIN Ⅱ group (n=33),and a CIN Ⅲ group (n=12) according to the lesion degree.All the patients were detected for HPV of high risk type and took cervical biopsy under colposcope.The diagnostic gold standard was the histopathological results.The correlation of high-risk HPV infection with CIN lesions analyzed by multivariable logistic regression analysis.Results The HPV infection rate was 91.67％ (11/12) in the CIN Ⅲ group,which was significantly higher than those of the CIN Ⅱ group [60.61％ (20/33)] and the CIN Ⅰ group [38.33％ (23/60)] and the HPV infection rate was significantly higher in the CIN Ⅱ group than in the CIN Ⅰ group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The Pearson correlation analysis showed that high-risk HPV infection positively correlated with CIN in patients with cervical diseases (r =0.781,P =0.781).Aged 20 to 29 patients had higher HPV infection rate than other age groups;the HPV infection rate was significantly higher in the patients with than in those without columnar epithelium;there were statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).The multi-factor logistic regression analysis showed that age and columnar epithelium were independent risk factors of HPV infection in CIN patients.Conclusions High risk HPV infection positively correlates with CIN lesions.Age and columnar epithelium are the independent risk factors of HPV infection.关键词
