Economic analysis of Suxiaojiuxin pills and Shexiangbaoxin pills in treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease

Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy and economy of Suxiaojiuxin pills and Shexiangbaoxin pills in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 150 patients with angina pectoris treated at our hospital from January to December,2016 were selected and randomly divided into group A and group B,75 for each group.Both groups were routinely treated;in addition,group A were treated with Suxiaojiuxin pills and group B Shexiangbaoxin pills.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and analyzed and the cost of the drug was analyzed.Results There was no statistical difference in the total effective rate between the two groups (P＞ 0.05).The cost-effectiveness ratio (C/E) was 1.10 in group A and 1.27 in group B.With group A as the the reference,the incremental cost-effectiveness ratio (△C/△E) of group B was 13.38.Conclusion Suxiaojiuxin pills and Shexiangbaoxin pills are effective in treating coronary heart disease with angina pectoris,but Suxiaojiuxin pills are more economical and can be optimized for clinical use.关键词
