Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical significance of gastroenterography combining CT plain scanning in the diagnosis of acute abdomen syndrome.Methods 80 patients with pathologically diagnosed with acute abdomen symdrome at our hospital from August,2015 to August,2017 were selected as study objects and were divided a control group and an observation group according to diagnostic methods,40 cases for each group.The control group were diagnosed by gastroenterography and the observation group gastroenterography combining CT plain scanning.The pathological results were set as the diagnostic references.The diagnostic coincidence rates in the two groups were compared.Results The diagnostic accordance rate was 92.5 ％ in the observation group and 72.5％ in the control group,with statistical difference (x2=5.541,P--0.019).Conclusion Gastroenterography combining CT scan is a sensitive and accurate method for the diagnosis of acute abdominal syndrome is highly sensitive,effective,and accurate and is helpful for making treatment scheme,so it has clinical value.关键词
