Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying family-centered continuous nursing care in children's cerebral palsy rehabilitation.Methods A total of 88 children with cerebral palsy who were treated at our hospital from January to December,2016 were randomly divided into a routine group and a continuation group,44 for each group.The routine group were treated with conventional rehabilitation services and the continuation group family-centered extended care services.The nursing effect and daily living ability improvement were compared between these two groups.Results After active care,18 cases had mild disability,15 moderate,7 severe,and 4 complete in the continuation group and 9,7,16,and 12 in the routine group,indicating that the continuation group was better than the routine group (P ＜0.05).There was no statistical difference in the self-care score between these two groups before the nursing care.The continuation group'self-care score was higher after than before the nursing care and was higher than the routine group's after the nursing care (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Family-centered extended care plays an important role in the treatment and care of children with cerebral palsy.The nursing method can effectively improve the children's self-care ability.关键词
