羟基羧酸类缓凝剂对水泥水化的缓凝机理

Abstract
The influence of hydroxyl and carboxyl of hydroxy carboxylic acid retarder on the cement hydration was investigated by microcalorimeter, conductivity meter and X-ray diffractometer. The adsorption and complexation ability of retarders were also analyzed. Results show that the dissolution of cement grain, the formation of supersaturated solution and the generation of hydration products are delayedbyhydroxy carboxylic acid retarders. The crystallization of hydration products is blocked, but the reaction rate during acceleratory period is not affected. The adsorption of retarders is a dominant factor affecting the hydration of cement. The adsorption and complexation ability of retarders will enhance as the hydroxyl and carboxyl in the molecular structure increase.关键词
