磺化木质素对蒙脱土吸附聚羧酸减水剂的抑制作用及机理
Inhibitory Mechanism of Sulfonated Lignin on Adsorption Behavior of Montmorillonite Towards Polycarboxylate superplasticizer
摘要
Abstract
A conventional sulfonated lignin (SL) was synthesized with lignin and sodium sulfite. The effect of SL on the fluidity of cement paste mixed with polycarboxylate and montmorillonite was investigated. The mechanistic exploration of SL restrain the adsorption of polycarboxylate on montmorillonite were taken by X-ray diffraction, zeta-potential measurement and total organic carbon analysis. The results show that SL can effectively reduce the adverse influence of montmorillonite on the fluidity of cement paste. In cement, the molecular chains of SL surround montmorillonite particles and reduce the space between alumosilicate layers from 1.42 nm to 1.23 nm, leading to the insufficient space for polyethylene oxide side chain to embed into momtmorillonite layers, repress the adsorption of polycarboxylate on montmorillonite and greatly enhance the robustness of polycarboxylate toward clay.关键词
