F-P级联MZ温度、应变同时测量的光纤传感器
Temperature and strain simultaneous measuring optical fiber sensor based on F-P cascade MZ

Abstract
Due to the cross-sensitivity problem of simultaneous measurement of temperature and strain, the paper designs a kind of two-parameter measuring optical fiber sensor based on Fabry-Perot (F-P) cascade Mach-Zehnder (MZ). Through observing the wavelength shift of the reflection spectrum and transmission spectrum of the sensor, realizes the real-time monitoring of temperature and strain: with the temperature change from 30℃~150℃, the temperature sensitivity and linearity of the sensor are 54pm/℃and 0.9982 re-spectively, and at room temperature, with the strain change from 0~450με, the strain sensitivity and the linear-ity of the sensor are 2.73pm/με and 0.9999 respectively, the result shows the sensor can simultaneously moni-tor temperature and strain.关键词
