Molecular level change of lysosomal protein in children with severe sepsis and its clinical significance

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the change of molecular level of lysosomal protein in children with severe sepsis and its clinical significance.Methods From March 2015 to March 2016 90 cases of pediatric sepsis were selected in Children's Hospital of Hebei Province,and they were divided into general sepsis and severe sepsis group according to the illness severity with 45 cases in each group.Another 40 healthy cases were selected as control group.Flow cytometry was used to detect the molecular level of childhood lysosome membrane protein in peripheral blood,and the completely automatic blood corpuscle analyzer was used to measure parameters of platelet.Results There was statistical significance in difference in CD63 level and PLT level in peripheral blood among general sepsis group,severe sepsis group and control group(F value was 7.021 and 5.362,respectively,both P<0.05).CD63 was lower and PLT was higher in children in severe sepsis group 7d after admission than those 1d after admission and before admission,and the differences were statistically significant(F value was 7.783 and 5.214,respectively,both P<0.05). Conclusion The molecular level of lysosome membrane protein in children with severe sepsis is high,which contributes to the declining of platelet parameters level and may worsen the condition of sepsis.关键词
