反胶团萃取盐酸溶液中钛的动力学
Kinetics of Titanium Extraction from Hydrochloric Acid Solution with Reverse Micelles

Abstract
In order to improve titanium (IV) extraction efficiency from hydrochloric acid solution, kinetics of titanium (IV) extraction from hydrochloric acid solution with tributylphosphate (TBP) and decanol in kerosene was investigated (using a Lewis cell based on reverse micelle extraction). Effects of stirring speed, temperature, interfacial area and reactant concentration were discussed. The results show that the extraction speed increases with the increase of stirring speed, interfacial area, temperature, extractant concentration, titanium (IV) concentration and chloride ion concentration. The activation energy of extraction is 31.73 kJ?mol-1, and the process is controlled by both diffusion in aqueous phase and reaction. The kinetic equation of titanium (IV) extraction from hydrochloric acid solution with TBP and decanol is obtained.关键词
