钠基固硫剂在低阶煤中的固硫机理研究
Study on Sulfur Fixation Mechanism of Sodium Based Sulfur Fixing Agent in Low Rank Coal

Abstract
This study investigated NaHCO3effects on combustion sulfur retention in low rank coal. The sulfur fixation efficiency of NaHCO3in weakly caking coal under different conditions was studied and the mechanism was analyzed. The results show that the optimal sulfur-fixing temperature of NaHCO3is 900 ℃, and the combustion sulfur-fixing rate gradually increases with the increase of Na/S ratio. When the Na/S is 2, the rate of sulfur-fixing and the utilization rate of Na based sorbents are 90.57% and 65.83%, respectively. Further XRD and TG-MS characterization show that the sulfur fixation process of NaHCO3is NaHCO3→Na2CO3→Na2SO3→Na2SO4.关键词
