摘要

Abstract

The 1100 kV column filter circuit breaker,as the electric production of the new high voltage equipment industry,is an important control and protection equipment of UHV power grid,and the arc of the opening and closing process will cause the erosion of the contact and the nozzle arc chamber.With the increase of the opening and closing times,the erosion becomes increasingly serious,which leads to the decline of the breaking ability.An effective way should be presented to assess the frequent switching operation' s impact for the working condition of the arc extinguish chamber.In this paper,the C2 test is carried out on the 1 100 kV column filter circuit breaker.By detecting the SF6 decomposition product,analyzing the chemical mechanism and examining the disintegration components of the equipment,a method is proposed that through detecting the content of CF4 to assess the influence of capacitive current switching operation on working condition of the arc extinguish chamber.The method can be used for the maintenance and repair of the other SF6 circuit breaker.
