摘要

Abstract

In order to research the laser sintering technology of aero-engine metal material,selective laser sintering technology was used for direct laser sintering Inconel718 technological test, microstructure, Rockwell hardness and standard room temperature tensile of laser sintering Inconel718 specimen were tested, and contrastively analyzed with microstructure, Rockwell hardness and standard room temperature tensile of casting K4169 and forging GH4169. The results showed that the structure of laser sintering Inconel718 specimen was fine, uniform, compact and superior to casting K4169 and forging GH4169;Rockwell hardness of laser sintering Inconel718 transverse (x-y section) specimen was the highest, and evenly distributed between tiers;tensile strength and yield strength of laser sintering Inconel718 specimen were higher than casting K4169 and forging GH4169, but plasticity index needed to improve.
