The Status and Countermeasures of the Construction of the Talent Team for Pension Service in Heilongjiang Province
摘要
Abstract
Pension service personnel is the core competitiveness of China's pension service industry,the quality of service personnel is directly related to the quality of service.The author analyzed the present situation of the construction of the talent team for pension service in Heilongjiang Province,and found that the quality of the existing personnel is not high and the management level is limited.And also put forward some feasible and effective countermeasures from the aspects of training method,training mode and training process,to help and enlighten the whole pension service industry in China,and promote the development of China's pension service industry.关键词
