我院2010-2015年医院制剂的药物利用分析

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the utilization of hospital preparations in our hospital,and to provide the reference for rational use,location and development of them.Methods:The amount,consumption sum and DDDs of hospital preparations in our hospital from 2010 to 2015 were statistically analyzed to explore the characteristic and orientation.Results:The leading preparations were Chinese medicine hospital preparations,which were mainly consist of tablets,mixture,capsules.The annual amount of orthopedic drugs,digestive system drugs,respiratory system drugs,rheumatic drugs,ENT drugs,gynecological drugs were more than 100,000 bottles.The consumption sum of orthopedic drugs and digestive system drugs rank top two.Top 10 preparations in the list of DDDs in our hospital were Kunteng Tongbi Heji（昆藤通痹合剂）and Tongbi'ning Pian（通痹宁片）(rheumatic drugs),Fufang Chuanbei Pipa Zhikelu（复方川贝枇杷止咳露）(respiratory system drugs),Weichangshu Pian （胃肠舒片）,Jiawei Weiyanxiao Pian（加味胃炎消片）and Changyan'an Pian（肠炎安片）which were digestive system drugs,Yuanshi Shengmai Chenggu Pian （袁氏生脉成骨片） (orthopedic treatment drugs).Conclusions:With promoting the application of hospital preparations by conducting multi-center clinical study and actively developing TCM preparations with characteristics,the medication needs could be met.It's the supportion of the clinical use of drugs,and the direction of the hospital preparations for survival and development.关键词
