Abstract
In order to reduce the amount of refrigerant and save energy in the liquefied natural gas plant,the process parameters of medium and high pressure refrigerant were optimized by response surface methodology.On this basis,the refrigerant ratio was optimized by sequential quadratic programming method in Aspen HYSYS software.The optimal process parameters and the ratio of mixed refrigerant were obtained.The results show that the optimal process parameters are as the followings:medium pressure refrigerant pressure of 1 890 kPa,high pressure refrigerant pressure of 3 800 kPa,medium pressure refrigerant temperature of 36 ℃,high pressure refrigerant temperature of 36 ℃,and the minimum energy consumption is predicted 391.104 kW · h/t and is verified the reliability by the actual production on site.The optimal ratio of mixed refrigerant is as the followings:N27.0%,CH425.0%,C2H432.4%,C3H818.7%,i-C5H1216.9%.Under the optimum conditions of mixed refrigerant,the utilization rate of refrigerant in natural gas liquefaction plant is rose by 16.56% and before optimization the refrigerant circulation quantity is reduced by 12.86%,energy consumption per ton of liquefied natural gas is reduced by 7.61%.关键词
