摘要

Abstract

A reactive dividing-wall distillation columns with single external recycle(RDWC-SER) was proposed for the production of methyl acetate.The optimum RDWC-SER was designed in terms of total annual costs(TAC).The dynamic performance of two-point temperature control strategy for the RDWC-SER was studied.The results show that about 0.63% savings in capital investment,11.62% decrease in operating cost and 7.86% reduction in TAC can be achieved by the RDWC-SER design compared to the reactive distillation columns with external recycle.Twopoint temperature control strategy can make the product concentration recover into the stable value in a short period of time for the feed flow and the feed composition disturbances.The results indicate that two-point temperature control strategy can handle the feed flow and the feed composition disturbances effectively.
