日粮中添加不同比例的缓释尿素对后备奶牛血液生理指标的影响
Effect of Adding Different Proportions of Slow-release Urea in the Diet on Blood Physiological Indexes of Dairy Heifer
摘要
Abstract
The current experiment is to explore the effect of four different levels of slow-release urea (0,1%,1.5%,2%) on blood parameters of dairy heifers.Sixteen 10 months dairy heifers were studied with four even-number groups.The results showed that the highest slow release urea inclusion incurred lower level of RBC,HGB,HCT,MCV and MCHC,but higher PLT and RDW level compared with others group.Those indexes could be used to diagnose iron deficiency anemia of dairy heifers.The results showed that 2 a% slow-release urea inclusion in the diet is not good for heifers' health.The recommended slow-release urea proportion is 1 % ~ 1.5 % for dairy heifers.关键词
