阿拉善型绒山羊精液稀释液配方的筛选与优化
Screening and Optimization of Semen Diluent Formula for Alashan Cashmere Goats

Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of cashmere goats'semen from Alashan district,the comparative test of conventional semen diluent in the production was conducted.Four different semen diluents were used to dilute the semen.The best solution was selected based on the performance of semen motility.Then,the effect of pH and sucrose concentration on the storage of semen was investigated.The results showed that the performance of A2 solution was better than the others (P＜0.05) with a storage time of 60 h.And the optimal pH for storage of semen was 6.3 in B3 group.The semen motility of B3 was much better than other two groups(P＜0.05) within 12～24 h and 48～60 h ranges.In the modified solution,the optimized sucrose concentration in C2 group was 12 mg/mL,and this value was 18 mg/mL in C3 group.The C2 and C3 showed no significant difference between them (P＞0.05) after 78 h storage.This provides a reliable guarantee for long-distance semen transport in the Inner Mongolia grassland and increases the utilization of high quality rams.关键词
