江苏部分地区牛源无乳链球菌流行病学研究
An epidemiology study of bovine Streptococcus agalactiae in Jiangsu

Abstract
In this study,samples mastitis milk from sevenlarge-scale dairy farms in several areas of Jiangsu province were collected.To determine the prevalence and the epidemic strains of Streptococcus agalactiae,16S rNDA sequence,multilocus sequence typing and capsular typing were performed.Additionally,the biological characterization and pathogenic factors were determined by detecting virulence factors,biochemical characteristics,hemolyticability and drug resistance.The results showed that 84 S.agalactiae strains were isolated from 327 mastitis milk samples with a positive rate ranging between 0 and 51.3 % in different dairy farms.The main epidemic strains were ST67,ST103 and ST568 strains.It was observed that bovine strains were assigned to capsular genotype Ⅰ a or Ⅱ,carrying pilus island 2b (PI-2b) and lactose operon,and could metabolize lactoseand and have different hemolytic ability.Moreover,all bovine strains were not resistant to cefotaxime.This study provides important information for the clinical monitoring,prevention and control of S.agalactiae in dairy farms,and is helpful to further clarify the pathogenesis of the bacteria.关键词
