迷迭香酸甲酯对6-OHDA所致脑内氧化损伤的影响
Effect of Methylrosmarinate on the oxidative stress of mice induced by 6-OHDA

Abstract
The PD mice model was made by injecting 6-hydroxydopamine into mice brain.The behavior changes of PD mice were observed by apomorphine (APO) induced turning,rotarod test.The TH positive fibers in striatum of PD mice were determined by immunohistochemical staining.Chemical assay was used to measure SOD and CAT activity and level of MDA.The protein levels of SOD1,SOD2 and Nrf2 were detected by Western blot,the mRNA levels of the oxidant stress related genes were detected by q-PCR.Results showed that Methylrosmarinate can significantly decrease the contralateral rotation during 30 min,increase time staying on rotary rod,increase the TH+ positive fibers instriatum of PD mice and level of MDA,increase the protein levels of SOD1,SOD2 and Nrf2.Methylrosmarinate shows the protective effect on DA neurons in 6-OHDA induced PD mice model,and the mechanism may relate with its antioxidant activity.关键词
