饲料防霉剂脱氢乙酸钠对肉鸡安全性研究
Study on the safety of sodium dehydroacetate used as feed fungicide for broilers
摘要
Abstract
To evaluate the safety of sodium dehydroacetate used as feed fungicide,yellow broilers were selected to feed diet supplemented with 0,0.02％,0.10％,0.20％00 sodium dehydroacetate for duration of 35 days.The body gain,organ index,index of blood routine and blood biochemical and histopathological were analyzed.Results showed the body gain in 0.02％ and 0.10％ groups had no significant difference compared to control (P＞0.05),same in 0.20％ group at latest weeks except that body gain in 0.20 ％ group at early 2 weeks was significantly lower than that of the control (P＜0.01).There was no significant difference in index of blood routine between three tested groups with the control.The serum content of total protein and globulin in 0.20％ groups were significantly higher than those in the control,glucose was significantly lower than the control group.Other blood biochemical indexes displayed no significant difference.The liver index of the 0.20％ groups was significantly higher than that of the control (P＜0.05),while the bursa index was significantly lower than that of the control (P＜0.05).Conclusion was that no obvious effect on growth of broilers was appeared when 0.02％ sodium dehydroacetate was added in feed.关键词
