血管内介入治疗颅内破裂微小动脉瘤的疗效分析
Analysis on endovascular embolization for intracranial ruptured very small aneurysms

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of endovascular embolization for intracranial ruptured very small aneurysms.Methods The clinical data of 39 patients with intracranial ruptured very small aneurysms were analyzed retrospectively.All patients were treated by endovascular embolization.Angiography was performed immediately after embolization to test the efficacy of treatment.Results Angiography showed that complete occlusion was achieved in 30 cases(76.9%),incomplete occlusionin 9(23.1%)(aneurysm neck residue in 5 and partial occlusion in 4).All patients were clinically cured and discharged,and restored independent living ability.34 cases were followed up for 6-12 months with angiography test.The result showed that no recurrence was found in 25 complete occlusion cases,and in 9 incomplete occlusion cases,except 2 cases without changes,all other cases were occluded.The follow-up showed no re-bleeding occurred. Conclusions The results of follow-up are satisfactory.Endovascular embolization for intracranial ruptured very small aneurysms is safe and effective.关键词
