心尖球囊样综合征误诊为急性心肌梗死五例临床分析
Clinical Analysis of Five Cases of Acute Myocardial Infarction with Misdiagnosis of Apical Ballooning Syndrome

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical of apical ballooning syndrome misdiagnosed as acute myocardial in-farction,reduce the misdiagnosis rate and improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods From January 2014 to January 2016,30 patients with acute myocardial infarction were enrolled in this study. Five patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected. The clinical data were analyzed by retrospective analysis. Results In 5 cases of misdiagnosis,3 cases were treated with chest pain,1 case was treated by back pain,and 1 case with alternating back pain and pharyngeal discomfort,All cases were diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction by history and ECG examination. The average misdiagnosis time 2-4 d,5 patients were misdiagnosed by left ventricular angiography,cardiac ultrasound diagnosis and symptomatic treatment after dis-charge,discharged after 3 months to 1 year follow-up,5 patients with good prognosis no recurrence occurred. Conclusion Patients with apical spherical syndrome lack specific clinical symptoms and signs. Therefore, clinicians should improve the vigilance of apical spherical syndrome and enhance the understanding and understanding of clinical manifestations, signs and imaging findings of apical spherical syndrome. Or to avoid the occurrence of misdiagnosis of the disease,improve the doctor's diagnosis and treatment,improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
