青年溃疡性结肠炎40例误诊分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the causes of misdiagnosis and preventive measures of ulcerative colitis in young people. Methods Clinical manifestations and misdiagnosis of 40 cases of idiopathic ulcerative colitis. Results The rate of misdiagnosis in this group was 20.6 percent. Forty cases of patients with ulcerative colitis with diarrhea as the first symptom in 28 cases,and 34 patients had ulcerative colitis as the first symptom in 40 patients with ulcerative colitis. 8 cases were misdi-agnosed in our hospital and 32 cases were misdiagnosed in the external hospital. 16 cases were misdiagnosed as 8 cases of bac-terial dysentery,enteritis,irritable bowel syndrome and intestinal tuberculosis in 4 cases,3 cases of appendicitis,2 cases of intestinal amebiasis,intestinal obstruction,Crohn's disease and rheumatoid arthritis in 1 case. The time of misdiagnosis was 5 to 9 months. 40 cases were poorly treated according to the misdiagnosed diseases. After detailed analysis of clinical manifesta-tions and related laboratory and colonoscopy examination, they all met the diagnostic criteria of ulcerative colitis, and con-firmed ulcerative colitis. The patients treated with the corresponding treatment were relieved. Conclusion The main reasons for the misdiagnosis of UC in young people are the lack of understanding and lack of vigilance, and uncharacteristic clinical symptoms. We should master the clinical characteristics of young ulcerative colitis and to pay attention to the appearance of the intestines and the colonoscopy,and to reduce the misdiagnosis and mistreatment of the ulcerative colitis in young people.关键词
