摘要
Abstract
Objective To study the clinical characteristics,treatment measures and the misdiagnosis reason,preven-tion method of the periailal necrotizing fasciitis(PNF). Methods From the misdiagnosed 3 cases with PNF in our hospital, a retrospective analysis of the clinical data was conducted. Results The 3 cases were due to anal swelling, sacral tail pain and perianal pain,all patients have been diagnosed as perianal abscess, then the patient developed and even multiple organ damage,just came to our hospital. After careful examination,laboratory analysis,deep tissue fluid bacterial culture and ultra-sound,MRI and so on, the diagnosis was rectal abscess coalescing PNF. To repeated debridement drainage, and antibiotic treatment,and wound dressing,and the support treatment,1 case death and 2 cases treated successfully. Conclusion The PNF early similar to performance of crissum abscess,was easily misdiagnosed,the anorectal doctors should improve the level of diagnosis and stand-ard treatment of the disease,in order to reduce their errors.关键词
