Abstract
Objective To study the clinical characteristics, misdiagnosis causes and preventive measures of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy misdiagnosed were retrospectively analyzed. Results The incidence of irregular vaginal bleeding took place up to 20 cases in these 30 cases, and 18 cases suffer menopause. There were 12 cases of shock,9 cases of abdominal pain, abdominal distension,6 cases of anus heave,3 cases of nausea, vomiting and diarrhea,1 case of lumbago with fever,and the number of cases who suffered accessory thickening or block,mo-bile voiced positive were 6 and 8 respectively. Among 30 cases of ectopic pregnancy were misdiagnosed,there were 16 cases of intrauterine early pregnancy,5 cases of acute appendicitis,3 cases of acute gastroenteritis,3 cases of acute pelvic inflam-matory disease,and 1 case of digestive tract hemorrhage, kidney stone and tuberculosis peritonitis occurred respectively. 30 cases were diagnosed with ectopic pregnancy by pathological examination after operation or diagnostic curettage, including 20 cases of tubal pregnancy,4 cases of scar pregnancy,2 cases of uterine horn pregnancy,2 cases of cervical pregnancy,1 case of ovarian pregnancy,and 1 case of abdominal pregnancy. 30 cases were cured by operation or B ultrasound guided lesion clearance. Conclusion Insufficient understanding of the disease, incomplete history collection, lack of clinical experience and diagnosis of parochial thinking are the causes of misdiagnosis of ectopic pregnancy in this group.关键词
