肠结核误诊为淋巴瘤临床报告
Clinical Report of 4 Cases of Intestinal Tuberculosis Misdiagnosed as Lymphoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the misdiagnosis of intestinal tuberculosis for lymphoma,to reduce the misdiagno-sis rate and improve the diagnosis and treatment. Methods Clinical date of 4 cases of intestinal tuberculosis with misdiagnosed as lymphoma were retrospectively analyzed. Results The misdiagnosed rate was 22.22% in this study. 4 cases of patients due to umbilical pain and diarrhea discomfort in 1 case,and due to abdominal pain,fever and night sweats discomfort in 1 case,and due to repeated abdominal pain,with diarrhea and fever in 2 cases. 4 patients were misdiagnosed as lymphoma,the average mis-diagnosis time was 2-6 d. Misdiagnosed patients were diagnosed by colorectal neoplasms and postoperative pathology,including colonic,ileal tuberculosis(ulcer type) in 2 cases,cecal tuberculosis(hyperplasia) in 1 case and ileal tuberculosis(hyperplasi-a) in 1 case. 1 case of treatment died,the remaining three cases were cured after surgery and discharged. After 3 months to 1 year of follow-up,3 patients had a good prognosis and no recurrence during follow-up. Conclusion Intestinal tuberculosis pa-tients lack specific clinical symptoms and signs,so clinicians should improve the vigilance of intestinal tuberculosis and strength-en the clinical manifestation,signs and imaging findings of intestinal tuberculosis disease awareness and understanding,reduce or avoid the misdiagnosis of the disease,improve the doctor's diagnosis and treatment and improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
