摘要

Abstract

Objective To investigate application value of 3D printing technique in treatment of adults with complex pelvic and acetabular fractures. Methods A total of 15 adults with complex pelvic and acetabular fractures were recruited in this study. The pelvic lamella CT scan was performed before operation for obtaining the original data, and then three-dimen-sional reconstruction was performed,and 1: 1 pelvis models were printed out. Preoperative planning and sham surgery were performed on the models,and intraoperative operation was guided by the models. Postoperative conditions of fracture reduction and hip joint function were evaluated by X-ray Matta and Harris score systems. Results All operations of patients were com-pleted successfully. The operative time was (113.8 ± 32.5) min, and intraoperative volume of blood loss was (560.4 ± 50.8) ml. The excellent and good rate of X-ray Matta score in postoperative 1 week was 93.3%,and there were 10 patients with excellent,4 patients with good and 1 with common. The excellent and good rate of Harris score for hip joint function in postoperative 3 months was 86.7%,there were 8 patients with excellent,5 patients with good and 2 patients with common. Conclusion Application of 3D printing technology in adults with complex pelvic and acetabular fractures may optimize preop-erative planning,reduce operative difficulty and improve operative effect.
