Effectiveness of Ketorolac Tromethamine Combined with Dezocine in Application of Preemptive Analgesia for Lapa-roscopic Ovarian Cyst Resection and Its Effects on Serum Serotonin and Subsyancep

Abstract
Objective To investigate effectiveness of Ketorolac Tromethamine combined with Dezocine in application of preemptive analgesia for laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection and its effects on serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT) and sub-stance P (PS). Methods selected total of 118 patients with laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection during January 2015 and De-cember 2016,who had met the admittance and exclusion criteria, were divided into control group (n=59) and observation group (n=59) according to the number of admission. Observation group was treated with Ketorolac Tromethamine combined with Dezocine for preemptive analgesia, while control group was treated with Dezocine for preemptive analgesia. Analgesia effects at postoperatively different time points, serum 5-HT and PS levels at preoperatively and postoperatively different time points and incidence rate of adverse reactions were observed and compared in two groups. Results Visual analogue scales (VAS) and Ramasy scores at postoperative 1st,3thand 6thh in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in preoperative 5-HT and PS levels between two groups(P>0.05). In observation group, 5-HT levels at postoperative 12th, 24thand 48thh were significantly decreased than those in control group,while PS level at postoperative 48thh was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05). There was no sig-nificant difference in incidence rate of adverse reactions between two groups (P > 0. 05). Conclusion Ketorolac Tromethamine combined with Dezocine in application of preemptive analgesia for laparoscopic ovarian cyst resection may a-chieve good effectiveness and inhibit serum 5-HT and PS levels with good safety.关键词
