慢性乙型肝炎患者HBeAg阳性表达、HBV DNA载量与CXCL8及其受体CXCR1阳性表达、肝功能的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis between HBeAg Positive Expression and HBV DNA Load with CXCL8 and Its Receptor CXCR1 Positive Expressions and Liver Function in Patients with Chronichepatitisb

Abstract
Objective To investigate correlations between HBeAg positive expression and hepatitis b virus (HBV) DNA load with CXCL8 and its receptor CXCR1 positive expressions and liver function in patients with chronicheoatitisb. Meth-ods A total of 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B were divided into group A(n=42,HBV DNA<2000 U/ml) and group B (n=58,HBV DNA≥2000 U/ml) according to different HBV DNA loads. Positive expressions of HBe Ag,CXCL8 and its re-ceptor CXCR1 and liver function conditions in chronic hepatitis B patients with different HBV DNA loads were compared, and correlations between HBe Ag positive expression and HBV DNA load with CXCL8 and its receptor CXCR1 positive expressions and liver function conditions in patients with chronic hepatitis B were analyzed. Results In group B,positive rates of HBe Ag, CXCL8 and its receptor CXCR1,alanine transarninase(ALT),aspartate transaminase(AST),direct bilirubin(DBIL) and to-tal bilirubin(TBIL) levels were significantly higher than those in group A(P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that HBe Ag positive expression rate and HBV DNA load were positively correlated with CXCL8 and its receptor CXCR1 positive rates,ALT, AST,DBIL and TBIL levels in patients with chronic hepatitis B. Conclusion HBe Ag positive expression rate and HBV DNA load are closely correlated with CXCL8 and its receptor CXCR1 positive expression rates and liver function.关键词
