Measuring Instrument for Mine-used Intrinsically Safe Drilling Depth
摘要
Abstract
Based on the principle of mechanical wave propagating along the drill pipe,a mine intrinsically safe drilling depth measuring instrument is developed using computer technology and the IEPE piezoelectric acceleration sensor technology.The related data acquisition software is developed on X86 software design platform with data collection technology triggered by front and rear window ratio method,multithreading technology,reflected signal automatic detection technology,and so on.The visualization of the sampling parameters setting,waveform display,file management,and other functions are realized for convenience of the users.The range of drill depth measurement is 10 m to 200 m,with measuring error controlled in 1% FS.The instrument has the advantages of easy operation and easy maintenance,improving the construction efficiency greatly.According to the results of field application,the instrument has good stability and high precision.关键词
