Abstract
To solve the surrounding rock control of large carving and thick top coal roadway,2101 haulage roadway was treated as engineering background and mechanical properties and deformation failure mechanism of surrounding rock were studied with laboratory experiments,numerical analysis and field monitoring,and at last,roadway support plan was determined.Study shows that peak strength and deformation of coal and rock samples are increasing significantly due to the confining pressure,obvious plastic deformation and plastic strengthening and expansion phenomenon occur to transform coal from ductility to brittle.The roof,two sides and the two shoulders of roadway are main deformation and failure areas,high concentrated shear stress and horizontal compressive stress are the main causes of surrounding rock failure.The stress areas of roadway roof and the two sides are connected with each other to form the surrounding rock bearing structure,and the broken coal and rock is the main object of roadway surrounding rock control.Feasible plans are proposed and the support effect simulation analysis of every plan is done,the optimal plan is determined and carried on by field test.According to monitoring,the deformation of roadway is small,surrounding rock is complete and stable,and the supporting effect is good.关键词
