不同时期脑卒中康复教育对患者及其照顾者的影响
Effects of rehabilitation education based on different stage of stroke on stroke patient and caregiver

Abstract
Objective To observe the effects of individualized video rehabilitation education based on different stage of stroke on stroke patient and caregiver.Methods One hundred and fifteen stroke patients were divided into intervention group and control group.Patients in intervention group (58 patients) were given individualized rehabilitation education based on different stage of stroke,and the control group (57 patients) were given regular health education.The modified Barthel index(MBI),Sheikh Trunk control(Sheikh),Fugl-Meyer motor assessment(Fugl-Meyer),life satisfaction index A (LISA) of patients and the general health questionnaire (GHQ)-20 of caregivers were evaluated before and 3 months after the intervention program.Results After 3 months of rehabilitation intervention,the MBI,Sheikh and Fugl-Meyer of patients and GHQ-20 and GHQ-anxiety scale of caregivers were significantly better than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Individualized rehabilitation education based on different stage of stroke is more effective to improve the body function of patients and the health of caregivers.关键词
