国医大师徐景藩教授治疗噎膈经验浅谈
Experience Discussion of Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine XU Jingfan Who has Treated Dysphagia

Abstract
XU Jingfan,master of traditional Chinese medicine,was born in a aristocratic TCM family.He has engaged in clinical teaching of TCM for more than 60years and has specialized in diagnosis and treatment of spleen-stomach diseases.Master XU Jingfan learns from tradition calligraphy but not limit by it,he put forward original view on “dysphagia is proceed of achalasia” with a unique academic perspective.Master XU thinks that dysphagia is mostly related to emotion and Yin fluid,he has pointed out that Qi and phlegm obstruction is the beginning of disease,then blood stasis and Yin-Yang interaction apperes,finally causes achalasia and diaphragmatic syndrome.In the staging treatment based on syndrome differentiation,Master XU pays attention to key of phlegm-Qi stagnation,spleen stomach disharmony,blood stasis resistance,Yin-Yang interaction.Master XU has specialized in tonification and purgation accompanied by promotion and demotion Qi,moisturizing dryness.It has farreaching influence and positive theoretical and directive significance.关键词
