Abstract
Objective:To study the contents of Safflower Saponins a,c and d in Bupleurum by a multi-evaluation method.Methods:A comparative test was conducted with the method of multi-evaluation and the control samples of Safflower Saponins c (SSc) and d (SSd) were established.In addition,the absolute content of the three components in the medicinal herbs was determined by external standard method.The measurement of the multi-evaluation method was carried out by statistical test method.The results were compared and the scientific and accurate contents of Saikosaponin a,c and d were measured by a multi-evaluation method.Results:In a certain range,the relative correction factors of Saikosaponin a and Saikosaponin c,d were 0.747and 0.955,respectively,and the change of experimental conditions had little effect on the results (RSD =0.75％,0.58％) (P＞0.05),that is,the correction factor obtained by the multi-evaluation method was in accordance with the real situation.The difference between the external standard method and the multi-evaluation method was not statistically significant (P＞ 0.05).Conclusion:The results of the determination of Safflower Saponins a,c and d in Bupleurum by the method of multi-evaluation method are real and credible,which provide scientific basis for the quality control and evaluation of Bupleurum.关键词
