谭静范老中医经验方治疗痔疮术后创面水肿临床研究
Clinical Study of Using TAN Jingfan's Experienced Recipe in the Treatment of Wound Edema after Hemorrhoids Surgery

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical therapeutic effect of TAN Jingfan's traditional Chinese medicine (Mirabilite,Galla chinensis,Fructus Cnidii,Fructus Kochiae,Cortex Phellodendri,Radix Saposhnikoviae,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis) on edema,anal swelling and pain after hemorrhoid surgery.Methods:400cases of patients with mixed hemorrhoids in our hospital implementation outdialing internal ligation were randomly divided into two groups,each group included 200patients.The controlled group received anal wash number (in our hospital from preparation:Patrinia,Purslane,Ding,Net cicada,Angelica,Rhubarb) after conventional sitz bath of Chinese medicine was used in the experimental group;TAN Jingfan old Chinese medicine experience Fangshu after conventional sitz bath of Chinese medicine.Results:After 3months,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96％,while that of the controlled group was only about 89％.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The two groups had no statistically significant differences in age and gender (P＞0.05);The experimental group patients after 7d,the 14d perianal edema score was lower than the controlled group,the incidence of 14d wound allergy and perianal eczema was lower than that of the controlled group,the differences were statistically significant (P＜ 0.05).No significant wound pain score,swelling score,anus wound after bath comfort score difference comparison (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusion:TAN Jingfan's experience of traditional Chinese medicine is safe and effective in the treatment of anal margin edema,anal swelling and pain.It is worthy of clinical application.关键词
