Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction and Xuefuzhuyu Capsule in the treatment of endometriosis dysmenorrhea.Methods:From March 2015to September 2016,98cases of patients with endometriosis dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into controlled group (n =49) and treatment group (n =49).The controlled group was treated with Xuefuzhuyu Capsule while the treatment group was treated with Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction,and both groups were treated for 3menstrual cycles.The efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.88％ and in the controlled group was 77.75％ (P＜0.05).The remission rates of breast pain,hypomenorrhea or menstrual block,lumbosacral and anal pain,upset and bitter taste in the treatment group were significantly higher than the controlled group (P＜0.05).After treatment,the visual analog pain scores (VAS),uterine volume,nerve growth factor (NGF),prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) and prostaglandin F2α (PGF2α) in the two groups decreased significantly (P＜0.05),and the decreasing ranges in treatment group were significantly greater than the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Xuefu Zhuyu Capsule,Xuanyu Tongjing Decoction is more effective in treating endometriosis dysmenorrhea,and it can more significantly reduce deterioration of uterine volume,and the levels of prostaglandin.It is worthy of recommendation.关键词
