加减血府逐瘀汤治疗子宫肌瘤疗效观察及安全性分析

Abstract
Objective:The purpose of this study was to exploit efficacy observation and safety analysis in the treatment of hysteromyoma with Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.Methods:From July 2015to July 2016,60patients with the diagnosis of hysteromyoma were employed in our study.They were randomly divided into 2groups:one was experimental group (30patients),the other was controlled group (30patients).Then we compared each group with the effect and its adverse reactions.Results:The total effective rate was 93.85％ (28/30),significantly higher than the controlled group 66.67％ (20/30) (P＜0.05);Moreover,the experimental group in FSH,P,LH indexes were also better than the controlled group (P＜0.05),but the adverse reaction rate was no statistical difference (P＞0.05) between the two groups.Conclusion:Modified Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction applies in the treatment of uterine fibroids has achieved good results,and has been found to be effective not only in improving clinical results but also proving higher application value,so it was worth promoting.关键词
