摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect for the treatment of cerebral infarction by Acupuncture and moxibustion combined with routine acupuncture therapy.Methods:In our hospital in May 2013to May 2016,the 100patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the research object,the object of complete clinical data,was willing to cooperate with this research,grouped according to the random number table method,each of 50cases.The controlled group received routine acupuncture treatment,the study group was treated with the phased whole acupuncture treatment,clinical effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,neurological deficit scores and ADL score was recorded,and the comparative analysis.Results:The two groups of patients after treatment can evaluate the clinical effect of the study group,the total efficiency was 96％,significantly higher than the controlled group 80％ (P＜0.05);the two groups of patients before treatment,TCM syndrome score,neurological deficit score and daily life ability score had no difference (P＞0.05),after treatment of TCM syndrome score group integral and defect of nerve function was significantly lower than the controlled group (P＜0.05),ADL score was significantly lower than that of the controlled group (P＜0.05).Conclusion:The patients with cerebral infarction by phased whole acupuncture and routine acupuncture treatment in comparison,the former not only better curative effect,and can better improve the TCM symptoms and neurological symptoms and ability of daily life,is worth of learning.关键词
