黄芩素对肝癌细胞HepG2放疗增敏作用的机制研究
Study on the mechanism of enhancing the sensitivity of baicalein to radiotherapy of hepatoma cell line HepG2

Abstract
Objective:Investigate the mechanism of baicalein in radiosensitization,and to provide a new strate-gy for radiosensitization of liver cancer.Methods:HepG2cells were divided into control group,radiotherapy group, drug group,drug plus radiotherapy group,liver cells plus drug group,the formation rate of cell proliferation was detected using MTT activity,flow cytometry to detect the apoptosis,cell clone detection,and use the western blot-ting method to detect the level of p53 and QRT-PCA.Results:Drugs plus radiotherapy group HepG2cell survival rate was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05);drug plus radiotherapy group HepG2cell colony formation and clone formation rate was significantly lower than that of other groups(P<0.05),while still signifi-cantly higher than liver cells plus drug group(P<0.05);drug plus radiotherapy group the apoptosis rate of HepG2 cells was significantly higher than that of other groups;drugs HepG2plus radiotherapy group p-53/beta cell-actin protein level was significantly higher than that of other groups;drug plus radiotherapy group p-53/beta-actin mR-NA HepG2cells was significantly higher than other groups.Conclusion:Baicalein can significantly increase the sensi-tivity of radiation therapy,increase the apoptosis rate of HepG2cells,and effectively regulate the levels of p53 pro-tein and mRNA.关键词
