大柴胡汤联合连续血液净化治疗急性重症胰腺炎疗效及对血清生化指标、免疫功能与炎性因子的影响研究
Dachaihu decoction combined with analysis of continuous blood purification for patients with serum biochemical index,immune function and inflammatory factors in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the Dachaihu decoction combined with continuous blood purification treat-ment for patients with severe acute pancreatitis,and the effect on serum inflammatory factor,immune function,bio-chemical indicators and clinical indicators.Methods:Selected the patients with severe acute pancreatitis in 90 pa-tients enrolled in this study,divided into control group and study group,the control group took a simple continuous blood purification treatment,the study group on the basis of control group treatment combined with Dachaihu decoc-tion treatment,compared two groups of clinical curative effect observation of two.Group of related clinical indica-tors before and after treatment,and serum biochemical index,immune function and inflammatory factor expression. Results:The total effective rate of the control group was 82.22%,the total effective rate of the study group was 93. 33%,and the study group was more ideal,P<0.05.The clinical indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05.After treatment,the immune index,biochemical indexes and inflammatory factors in the study group were better than those in the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:Dachaihu decoction combined with continuous blood purification can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,improve the above indexes.关键词
