独活寄生汤治疗寒湿痹阻型腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效及预后观察
The clinical efficacy and prognosis of Duhuo Jisheng decoction in the treatment of cold dampness type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect on JOA of Duhuo Jisheng decoction and ODI cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation.Methods:114 cases of cold dampness type of lumbar disc herniation patients as the re-search object,according to the order into the group divided into 2 groups,each group of 57 cases.The control group celebrex 0.2g orally,1 /d oral;study group was treated with Duhuo Jisheng decoction treatment,observation of dif-ferent treatment after curative effect,JOA,ODI and other indicators of changes.Results:The two groups after clinical treatment study group the total efficiency of 91.23% was significantly better than the control group(P<0. 05);the two groups before treatment JOA index of subjective symptoms,clinical signs,daily life limitation score no difference(P> 0.05),the study group after treatment,the above indexes were significantly higher than control group(P<0.05);other treatment research group ODI indexes were improved significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Duhuo Jisheng decoction can improve the cold dampness type of lumbar disc hernia-tion clinical curative effect,improve the quality of life.关键词
