康复新液联合塞来昔布胶囊保留灌肠治疗放射性肠炎疗效研究
Kangfuxin liquid combined with celecoxib capsule in preserving enema in the treatment of radiation enteritis

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin combined with celecoxib capsules in the treatment of radiation enteritis.Method:80 patients with radioactive enteritis admitted were randomly divided into two groups.The patients in the control group were treated with celecoxib and enema.The patients in the exper-imental group were treated with Kangfenxin,group of patients before and after treatment of symptom scores,rectal examination of the mucosal condition,the overall treatment,immunoglobulin levels,quality of life and card scores. Result:Compared with the control group,the scores of abdominal pain,defecation,stool pissure,pus and psoria-sis,diarrhea,mucus,and acute infusion were significantly lower than those of the control group in the control group,IgG,IgM,IgA and KPS scores were significantly higher than the control group,the daily life,mood chan-ges,walking ability and sleep impact score were significantly lower than the control group,there was a significant difference(P<0.01).The total effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Kangfuxin liquid combined with celecoxib capsule retention enema in the treatment of radiation enteritis clinical efficacy is significant.关键词
