Abstract
Objective:To analyze the prevention and control effect of self made Xiaoyan Shugan powder on postoperative infection of liver incision.Methods:62 patients undergoing liver surgery patients,the selected patients were divided into control group and observation group,the control group adopted conventional incision disinfection and anti infection treatment,the observation group in the control group based on perioperative liver treated with Xi-aoyan Shugan power,observation of 30 d after operation,the incidence and severity of wound infection in two groups of patients with postoperative evaluation,statistics of two groups of patients with postoperative 24 h incision pain, the first time out of bed,the first independent exhaust time and hospitalization time.Results:The incidence of SSI in the observation group was 6.45%,and the incidence of SSI in the control group was 25.81%.The incidence of SSI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the degree of SSI infection in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of pain,the earliest ambulation time,the first spontaneous exhaust time and the length of hospital stay in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaoyan Shugan power can effectively reduce the incidence and se-verity of incision infection after liver surgery,which can promote postoperative recovery and shorten recovery time.关键词
