甘麦大枣汤联合益神颗粒改善失眠症患者证候与睡眠质量的作用分析
Analysis of Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with Yishen granules for improving the quality of patients with symptoms of insomnia and sleep function

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with Yishen granules for improving the sleep quality of patients with insomnia and related syndromes effect.Methods:86 cases of insomnia patients as the research object,the patients were divided into control group and study group,the control group was given Gan-mai Dazao decoction treatment,the study group was given Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with Yishen granules treatment,two groups of clinical curative effect evaluation after a course of treatment,at the same time,observe the change of sleep quality in patients,the severity of the syndrome before and after treatment.Results:The total effec-tive rate of the control group was 81.40%,the total effective rate of the study group was 90.70%,and the clinical efficacy of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Two groups before treatment symp-tom score and PSQI showed no difference(P> 0.05);the two groups after treatment symptom scores and PSQI were improved in group P<0.05 compared with control group;after treatment of symptom score and PSQI was bet-ter than P< 0.05,the comparison between the two groups.Conclusion:Ganmai Dazao decoction combined with Yishen granule in the treatment of insomnia can improve the clinical efficacy,improve sleep quality,reduce the se-verity of insomnia syndrome,worthy of clinical application.关键词
