Abstract
Objective:Combined with clinical experience,explore the effect of nitroglycerin combined with Sal-via miltiorrhiza in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris.Methods:236 cases of patients with unstable angina,ac-cording to the stochastic indicator method,randomly divided into observation group and control group,118 cases in each group,control group given conventional western medicine treatment,patients with observation group of pa-tients in the control group on the basis of given for combination therapy,observe and to compare the curative effect of two groups of patients,the record of two groups of patients with unstable angina,angina occurrence and the dos-age of nitroglycerin,and carries on the comparison to adverse reactions.Results:After comparison,the treatment efficiency of observation group(95.76%)was higher than the control group(75.42%),and the difference was sig-nificant(P< 0.05).The decrease rate of nitroglycerin in the observation group was 89.83% and the control group was 73.73%.In the observation group,the number of angina pectoris,the duration of angina pectoris and the dos-age of nitroglycerin were less than the control group in 3 months(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions(4. 23%)was significantly lower in the observation group(4.23%)than in the control group(11.85%),and the differ-ence was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of unstable angina pectoris by nitroglycerin combined with salvianolate can significantly shorten the duration of angina pectoris,and it is worth promoting for pa-tients with less adverse reactions.关键词
