榄香烯注射液对局部晚期宫颈癌患者预后的临床研究
Clinical observation of elemene for patients with locally advanced cervical cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the curative effect of patients with locally advance dcervical cancer who trea-ted by elemene.Methods:Selected 109 cases of patients with locally advanced cervical cancer in our hospital as the research object,whom were randomly divided into observation group(55 patients)and control group(54 patients). The observation group were treated by elemene and concurrent chemoradio therapy,while the control group only were treated by chemoradiation.To observe the curative effect and adverse reaction between the two groups.Re-sults:The short term efficacy and 2、3 year survival rate of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);While the 1 year survival and incidence of adverse reactions between both groups had no significant statistical difference(P>0.05).Conclusion:Elemenee and chemoradiation therapy for patients with local-ly advanced cervical cancercan obviously improve the prognosis,improve the clinical survival time.关键词
