化瘀消癥汤联合西药在宫外孕保守治疗中的疗效及对患者血清CA125、β-HCG、孕酮水平的影响
Huayu Xiaozheng decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and the influence in serum CA 125、β-HCG、progesterone

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of Huayu Xiaozheng decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy and patients before and after treatment,serum carcinoembryonic anti-gen 125(CA125)and progesterone(P),human chorionic gonadotropin(beta-HCG)changes.Methods:78 cases of ectopic pregnancy were enrolled in this study,by random method,all patients were divided into routine group and combination group,conventional group received routine western medicine treatment,combined treatment group were treated with Huayu Xiaozheng decoction in the same group to perform routine blood stasis dredging therapy at the same time,after 2 weeks of treatment,evaluate the treatment effect and the clinical symptoms of statistics the time before and after treatment in two groups of P,CA125 and beta-HCG changes.Results:The conventional group total effective rate was 66.67%,the total efficiency of the combination group was 94.87%,the combined group was bet-ter than the conventional group(P<0.05 group);combined with main symptom recovery time were less than the normal group(P<0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,serum P,beta-HCG and CA125 levels in the two groups were improved,compared with P<0.05 in the group;at the same time,the combined group was better than that of the conventional group,and the comparison between the two groups was P<0.05.Conclusion:Huayu Xiaozheng decoction combined with western medicine used in ectopic pregnancy conservative treatment can improve the success rate of conservative treatment,the expression level of P,improve the serum CA125 and beta-HCG.关键词
