泡沫硬化联合化瘀散结方外敷治疗下肢静脉曲张临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of foam sclerotherapy combined with Huayu Sanjie recipe on varicose veins of lower extremity.Methods:48 patients with varicose veins of lower extremity,52 patients in control group and 2 patients in observation group were selected.The control group was treated with foamsclerosing surgical treatment,observation group on the basis of control group combined with Huayu Sanjie oral topical treat-ment,after a course of treatment and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,the improve-ment time and rate of complications were observed after operation,before discharge statistics hospitalization,follow-up 6 months recurrence rate.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 97.92%,control group total effective rate was 88.46%,the observation group(P<0.05);postoperative ecchymosis and pigmentation improve-ment time,hospitalization time were less than the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complica-tions,the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05);after 6 months of follow-up observation group the recurrence rate was lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Foam sclerotherapy combined with Huayu Sanjie recipe is effective in the treatment of varicose veins of lower extremities,and it can pro-mote postoperative recovery and prevent recurrence.关键词
